Notes for Contributors

Traditional Drama Forum is the online newsletter of the Traditional Drama Research Group. As such, it is not published on paper, although copies are printed off and posted to researchers who have not yet taken the plunge into email and the Internet.

Contributions Sought

• News Items - e.g. Forthcoming festivals, conferences, etc., relating to traditional drama.
• New Publications - e.g. books, journal articles, conference papers, articles in local periodicals etc.
• Feature articles and academic articles - These should be 1,500 to 2,000 words in length, including quotations and bibliographic references, where appropriate.
• Books for Review

We require articles to be original, factually correct, and for our exclusive publication.

For news items and publication announcements, we would appreciate having internet addresses to web pages where readers can find further information, if available.

How to Submit Contributions

The text of contributions can be accepted in most word-processed formats - e.g. Microsoft Word, text files, etc. They should be sent electronically by email as file attachments to the Editor. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact the Webmaster, who will be happy to provide help and advice.

Illustrations - photographs, drawings, musical notation, etc - should be provided as separate graphics files in JPEG, GIF or BMP format. Please contact the Webmaster if you wish to include sound, video or multimedia files, to check the suitability of file formats.

Contributions should be sent to the Editor, Eddie Cass, at eddie.cass@btinternet.com, and copied to the Webmaster at webmaster@folkplay.info.
